Manuscript submission guidelines....
• Original and quality research papers/cases/technical notes/articles/book reviews/games from the management and related interdisciplinary domains are invited to be considered for publication in the journal.
• The manuscript submission can be made to the editor through email at sjmir.journal@gmail.com
• The review process usually takes up to three months for a first feedback/decision on the manuscript.
• The editor may request for the manuscript related data to enable an effective review of the manuscript.
• The submissions will be initially evaluated by the Editor and if found suitable as per the scope of journal, will be sent for double blind review.
• Editor will take a final call on acceptance/rejection/revision of the manuscript after receiving the comments from the reviewers.
• A plagiarism of less than 20% is required in all published manuscripts.
• The submitted manuscript will be structured/formatted as per the journal specification for publication, if required.
• Once the manuscript is accepted for publication, the authors are expected to provide relevant copyright/funding/conflict of interest/use of AI statements as per the journal policy
.• The manuscript should be solely submitted to this journal and should not be under consideration/accepted/published in any other journal.
• Papers submitted/presented in conferences can be submitted to the journal after rewriting more than 70% of the paper.
• The authors of accepted manuscripts must obtain the right to use copyright material (e.g. maps, drawings, literary quotes, lyrics) from its owners.
• The manuscript should be written in English and submitted as a Microsoft Word document.
• The manuscript should be between 4000 to 9000 words, including references, tables, and graphs.
Manuscript formatting rules...
• The first page of the manuscript should have author details and the title. The second page should have an abstract (50-100 words) and 4-5 keywords. Abstract, keywords and JEL codes are to be written to be in italics.
• A case study/case should include a summary (100 words) and 4-5 suggested case questions.
• Font type to be used in the manuscript is ‘Times New Roman’, A font size of 11 is to be used for the main text with single line spacing. Please refer to the sample paper/full text available on the website for more details.
• Title of the manuscript: Bold in font size 14. Section heading: Bold and Italics in font size 12. Sub-section heading: Italics in font size 12. Section and subsections should be numbered accordingly.
• All tables/graphs/charts/images should be placed within the text at appropriate place and should be labelled and numbered. In text tables should be presented in font size 10.
• All tables must be submitted in an editable format, such as Microsoft Word or Excel, not as an image file.
• APA style of referencing is to be followed in the manuscript.
• References should be in font size 11 with single spacing and in alphabetical order (A to Z) with bullet points.
• Citation – References matching should be done in the manuscript
